Below, the landscape is starkly divided: to one side, fire consumes the land; to the other, a tranquil, verdant scene unfolds beside still water.

Blending realism with surrealism, this work explores themes of constraint, imbalance, and unrealized potential. The immobilized or falling bird hovers between opposing worlds, suggesting a force unable, or unwilling to intervene as destruction and harmony coexist below.
